About Wates

We are exploring opportunities to create:
- A rich natural environment of meadows, trees and ponds
- Spaces designed for wellbeing from dog‑walking and jogging to quiet moments of relaxation
- Around 125 new homes sensitively located near the existing developed area
- A large network of public green spaces designed to support wildlife and biodiversity
Most importantly, the majority of the land would remain green and open, offering a long‑term community asset for generations.
